Modifications

Our Waterwheel governing documents require that the Association approve all proposed architectural changes before any work is started.

Every homeowner must complete the Design Review Application and wait for approval when considering a project outside their home that may involve:

Painting the exterior or trim
New front door or screen
Redesigning or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
Adding a secondary structure
Installing solar panels or a satellite antenna
Permanent changes to the exterior of the residence that impact aesthetics or drainage

Please allow up to 30 full days for the Committee to review and make a decision on your application. As our community continues to grow, we are receiving a high volume of submissions. We appreciate your patience as the Committee carefully reviews each request to ensure consistency and compliance with community standards.
