We can't wait for you to jump in and get your feet wet here at Waterwheel! Please complete the document below and bring them to the Amenity Center during office hours so we can get you your keys.

 

 

Residents of Waterwheel Trails may rent the Gathering Room at a cost determined by the Board. Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested 90-days before the event and no later than 14-days prior. Please see the agreement below for further information.
